Use is restricted to designated operating hours only.

Before admission, all Homeowners and Renters with property owner permission are issued (1) Pool Access FOBs free of charge. There is a $25.00 replacement charge for misplaced/lost FOBs. SUSPENSION OF PRIVILEGES

Failure to observe any WWN Pool Policies and Rules can result in immediate expulsion from the pool facility and common areas at the sole discretion of the WWN HOA Board Members. Violators are subject to possible suspension of pool facility access privileges and/or fines as stated, in part, under the following WWN Declaration of Covenants Conditions and Restrictions: "The Board of Directors has the authority to suspend privileges or impose fines on any person(s), or those responsible for persons (i.e., guests) that break these rules or acts extremely or obscenely which causes obtrusive infringement, or safety to other persons on this facility."

Homeowners who are delinquent with their WWN HOA dues or fines risk losing access privileges and their pool access FOBs becoming inoperable until all dues and fines are satisfied. Renters may need to correspond with their rental management company or property owner to satisfy dues and fines. Any Homeowner or Renter who allows a non-homeowner or non-renter use of their Pool Access FOB to gain pool entry will lose pool privileges. Any Homeowner or Renter who attempts to bring someone not in good standing as a guest will be denied access.
